The wonderful festival runs of Dartsville and Skylight have finally come to an end. Overall the films took home 18 "Best Short Film Awards" as well as numerous other honors in Directing, Cinematography, Acting, and Editing. In total the two shorts were accepted into over 110 festivals around the world. Woodville General Films wants to thank all the casts and crews for their amazing help, as well as our friends and families for all their support.

September 2009
Skylight had a stellar showing at the 2009 Hollyshorts Film Festival winning the award for "Best Drama" as well as taking home the Audience Award for Best Short Film. Earlier in the month Skylight was honored as the "Best Short Film" at the Action on Film Festival in Pasadena, California.

August 2009
The 2009 AOF International Film Festival gave top short film honors to Skylight naming it "Best Short FIlm". Skylight's next screening will be at the upcoming Hollyshorts Film Festival. Saturday August 8, 9:30pm at the Echo Park Film Center. See you there.

With it's win for "Best Short Film" at the inaugural Cinema City International Film festival, Dartsville finished its impressive festival run with 14 overall top prizes as well as wins for Acting, Cinematography, Editing, and Directing.
